Joshua W. has over a decade of experience in public safety IT management, currently serving as the Public Safety IT Enterprise Solutions Manager and Architect for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since March 2012. In this role, Joshua leads a team of more than 25 professionals focused on enhancing criminal justice processes through innovative technology solutions. Prior to this position, Joshua held various roles, including Applications Support Manager, where leadership was applied to system support and integration among Commonwealth agencies, and earlier positions as Software Quality Assurance Lead and Service Desk Specialist. Joshua's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Central Penn College and a diploma in General Studies from Susquehanna Community School District.
