Mandy Schwemm

Mandy Schwemm is an experienced Human Resource Analyst currently serving in the Deputy Secretary's Office for Human Resources & Management at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since October 2015. In this role, Mandy directs the research, development, and implementation of talent planning policies and procedures, enhancing workforce diversity and effectiveness. Previous positions include serving as a Talent Development Business Partner, where Mandy managed a team to provide organizational consultations and tailored training, as well as acting as the Talent Development Section Manager. Mandy's career began at State Farm Agent, where responsibilities included office management and customer service. Mandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associate degree in Optometric Technician from Central Penn College.
