Marge Holland-Troupe

Marge Holland-Troupe is a professional nurse with extensive experience in acute and ambulatory care. Currently serving as a Nurse Surveyor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since October 2022, Marge previously worked as a Registered Nurse at Patient First Urgent Care since April 2018, focusing on urgent and primary care services, including administration of vaccines and triage for emergency care. Marge's prior experience includes a long tenure at Aetna from 2000 to 2017, where roles involved management of quality initiatives and projects across various Medicare and insurance plans, with notable contributions to improving healthcare quality metrics like HEDIS rates. Marge also served as the Director of Quality at Health Partners, overseeing compliance and management for a large Medicaid/Medicare organization. Marge holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from La Salle University.
