Ronald Anstine

Ronald Anstine, CPA, has extensive experience in auditing and financial management, currently serving as an Audit Specialist 3 in the Office of the Budget for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since March 2024. Prior to this position, Ronald held several managerial roles in internal audit and compliance, including Internal Audit Manager at Element Fleet Management and SOX Compliance Manager at Brink’s Inc. Additional experience includes roles such as Internal Audit Manager at Dunbar Armored, Senior Manager of A/P Accounting & Analysis at RITE AID, and Manager of Financial Controls at The Sheridan Group, among others. Ronald's career began after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University, where studies took place from 1985 to 1989, following a solid educational foundation at West York Area High School.
