Timothy O'Neal

Timothy O'Neal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as State Representative for the 48th Legislative District with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since June 2018, Timothy previously held roles such as Director of Human Resources at Mascaro Construction Company, LP. and ATOS - Aqua Transfer & Oilfield Solutions. Earlier positions included Supervisor of Human Resources at Murray Energy Corporation and Consol Energy, where responsibilities encompassed employee selection, benefits administration, and labor relations. Timothy's career began in the United States Army as an Infantry Captain. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, an AAS in Mining Technology from Penn State University, and a BA in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
