Tom Diecidue

Tom Diecidue currently serves as Chief Information Officer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Systems at PHEAA since July 2006, where responsibilities have included maximizing development and delivery of both Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products and internal applications, while managing multiple development teams. Prior experience includes roles at Ciber as a Technical Consultant and Consultant, and Payment Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, where expertise in web applications and systems architecture was developed. Tom Diecidue began his career at AMP Incorporated as a Project Lead/Systems Analyst after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
