Jason Lewis

Jason Lewis is the Physician Owner at Commonwealth Pain and Spine since July 2013. Prior to this role, Jason has worked as a Physician at Kentucky Pain Associates since July 2012. Jason has a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and has completed various medical education programs, including a Pain Management Department Fellowship at the University of Vermont.
