Matt J. Guerrero is an experienced property manager with a strong background in commercial real estate and financial services. Currently serving as a Property Manager at CommonWealth Partners since May 2022, Matt oversees a 583,000 sq ft CalPERS Class A+ commercial office building in Bellevue, Washington. Previously, Matt held roles as an Assistant Property Manager and Property Administrator at various prestigious firms, managing high-profile properties totaling over 1.5 million sq ft across locations such as Century City and Greater San Diego County. Matt's career began in financial services at California Credit Union and Citi, where skills in customer relationship management and financial counseling were developed. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Woodbury University.
