Tatiana Hardy

Tatiana Hardy is a Senior Administrator at Commonwealth Pharmacists Association. Tatiana has over fifteen years of experience in merchandising, and has worked with companies such as Myla and Paul Smith.

Tatiana Hardy began their career in merchandising with Paul Smith in 2001. In this role, they were responsible for assisting with the merchandise planning for menswear, jeans, accessories, and shoes. Tatiana also assisted with the management of stock movements and allocations, and provided promotion and markdown strategies to maximize sales and profit. In 2006, Tatiana Hardy transferred to Myla, where they took on the role of Merchandiser.

In their role as Merchandiser at Myla, Tatiana Hardy was responsible for ensuring that the right stock was bought and delivered in the right quantities to maximise sales and profit. Tatiana also managed the weekly and seasonal trading meetings to the business as well as within the department, and assisted the head of department with the range builds, planning and line detail management. Additionally, Tatiana Hardy was part of the integration team for the installation of a new stock management programme, and they were responsible for making sure the changeover to the new system ran smoothly.

Tatiana Hardy has a BA (Hons) in Textile Design from the University for the Creative Arts and a Foundation in Art from the University of the Arts London. Tatiana also attended Bedales.

They work with Wei Ping - TBC, Jolaade Taiwo - Communications Manager, and Vanessa Carter - Programmes communications Manager. Their manager is Victoria Rutter, CEO.
