David Mulhall

David Mulhall, DSC, AM, CSC, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Director at Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation since May 2023 and as an Independent Advisor at Birdon Group since August 2022, Mulhall also provides strategic direction as Strategic Advisor & Director at Arawang Advisory Pty Ltd and holds the position of Non Executive Chair at Birchtree Foundation Ltd. Previous significant roles include First Assistant Secretary for the National COVID Vaccine Task Force and Senior Advisor to the Minister for Defence. With a notable military career spanning over three decades, including commanding roles within the Australian Defence Force, Mulhall possesses a robust background in logistics, human resource management, and organizational change. Mulhall holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Engineering and qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
