Daniel McAuliffe

Daniel McAuliffe has extensive experience in governance, insolvency, and financial regulation, serving in various managerial and director roles at the Commonwealth Treasury from May 2010 to February 2021, including leadership of multiple units focused on governance, capital markets, and banking. Daniel contributed as a project lead for the Consumer Data Right initiative and directed significant reviews pertaining to small and medium banks. Prior experience includes a policy officer position at the Company Law Review Group and a senior legal officer role at Insolvency and Trustee Services Australia, where responsibilities spanned various locations and functions within the organization. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland and a Master of Business from James Cook University.
