Daniel Pham

Daniel Pham is an experienced professional with a diverse background in policy analysis and optometry. Currently serving as a Policy Analyst in the Climate Disclosure and Climate & Sustainable Finance Units at Commonwealth Treasury since February 2022, Daniel has been recognized with the Deputy Secretary's award for entrepreneurial spirit. Daniel also operates as a Consultant Optometrist with The Phamily Optometrist, providing extensive coverage across Australia and mentoring graduate optometrists. Prior roles include a Project Intern at the Department of Finance, where Daniel evaluated contractors for a significant education project, and an Economics Research Assistant at The University of Western Australia, focusing on investment impacts related to native title. Daniel's earlier experience includes serving as Principal Optometrist at Specsavers. Daniel holds a Master of Commerce in Economics and Finance from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Optometry from UNSW.
