Liam Donaldson

Liam Donaldson is an experienced professional in tax policy and economic analysis, currently serving as an Assistant Director in the Personal and Indirect Tax and Charities Division of the Commonwealth Treasury since July 2021. Previously, Liam held analyst positions in the Financial System Division, focusing on both the Banking and Redress Units. Prior to joining the Commonwealth Treasury, Liam worked as a Policy Officer at the Australian Government Department of Finance and as an Economic Analyst at the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Research Executive at WaveMetrix, Project Manager at Ipsos MORI, and Assistant Project Manager at Roy Morgan Research. Liam holds a Master of Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Science (Hons) from The University of Queensland, as well as a high school diploma from Marist College Rosalie.
