Mehak Vohra

Mehak Vohra currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Secretary to the Treasury at the Commonwealth Treasury since June 2025. Prior to this role, Vohra was the Chief of Staff at the Australian Government Department of Finance from August 2024 to June 2025 and has held various positions within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, including Senior Adviser for Reform and Stewardship Legislation and Acting Senior Adviser for Infrastructure and Aviation from September 2019 to August 2024. Additionally, Vohra served as Director of Costs Transparency at the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care from February 2021 to March 2023. Vohra holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Medical Sciences with Honours from The Australian National University, completed in December 2011.
