Paul McCullough serves as the First Assistant Secretary and Division Head for Corporate & International Tax at the Commonwealth Treasury since February 2013. Previously, Paul held various roles within the Commonwealth Treasury, including Division Head for the Deregulation Division and First Assistant Secretary for the Structural Reform Group. Paul also acted as Chief Adviser for the Infrastructure Finance Taskforce and served as Secretary for the GST Distribution Review, where oversight was provided for the review of horizontal fiscal equalisation concerning GST shares allocation to the States.
