Geert Bekaert

Geert Bekaert, MBA, currently serves as the Director for Central & Southern Europe and for Western & Central Europe at the Commonwealth War Graves Commission since June 2019. In addition, Geert Bekaert is an Honorary Fellow at the School of History at the University of Kent from October 2021. Previous experience includes roles such as Operations Manager at JORI and Executive Project Director at RENSON Ventilation - Sunprotection - Outdoor. Geert Bekaert has held various managerial positions at Renson Fabrications and Renson Ventilation & Sunprotection, focusing on supply chain management and operational restructuring. Earlier roles include Chief Operations Officer at Winsol Group and multiple managerial positions at RENSON Ventilation. Geert Bekaert holds a Master of Business Administration from KU Leuven and Vlerick Business School, APICS Supply Chain Professional certification, and has completed postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Management at KU Leuven.
