Paula Grieco

Paula Grieco has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paula started their career as a Business Development Manager at Charles River Development in 1990. Paula then moved on to Edgewater Consulting, where they held the position of Vice President of Business Development, Marketing, and Leadership Board. During their time at Edgewater, they played a crucial role in the company's rapid revenue growth. After that, Paula co-founded Etimes3, a business strategy and technology consulting firm, where they partnered with major corporations and start-ups to launch innovative technology solutions. In 2015, they founded Blue Wave Focus, where they advised start-ups, corporations, and entrepreneurs in achieving their visions and accelerating business growth. Most recently, Paula has become the Senior Vice President at Commonwealth, an organization focused on strengthening the financial opportunity and security of financially vulnerable individuals through innovation and systemic change. In this role, they are responsible for driving integrated messaging, strategic partnerships, and overseeing the emerging technology practice.
