Tracey Durner

Tracey Durner is an experienced nonprofit leader currently serving as the Director at Commonwealth, focusing on financial security and opportunity for economically vulnerable communities. With a strong background in policy analysis, research, and fundraising, they have led the design and implementation of capacity development projects internationally. Tracey previously held positions including Chief of Programs at the Global Center on Cooperative Security and Assistant Director of Employee Giving Campaigns at Massachusetts General Hospital. They earned a BA from Northeastern University and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
