Hoda Sayed-Friel

Hoda Sayed-Friel, Executive Vice President at MEDITECH, is responsible for MEDITECH Professional Services, as well as EHR strategy.

Hoda has held many leadership roles throughout her three-decade career at MEDITECH, including overseeing Marketing, Strategy, and Client Services. In all aspects of her career, Hoda has been actively involved in discussions with healthcare providers and consumers to promote care coordination, interoperability, and population health, highlighting the importance of using information systems to promote wellness and improve outcomes. At an industry level, she has spearheaded national and local efforts to promote the widespread adoption of EHRs, consulted with national leaders on HIT-related strategies, and served on various workgroups and bipartisan committees.

Prior to joining MEDITECH, Hoda worked at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.
