Debbie Miller

Debbie Miller SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Debbie currently holds the position of Director of Finance and Human Resources at Commonwise Home Care since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Controller at Commonwise Home Care from April 2019 to December 2021. Debbie also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Cville Holdings LLC starting from January 2012. Debbie was previously employed at Better Publications as a Controller from January 2012 to December 2016. In addition, they served as a Senior Accountant at CMS, Incorporated from August 2009 to January 2012. Their earliest work experience was as an Accounting Assistant at Thurswell, Chayet and Weiner from February 1989 to February 1999.

Debbie Miller SHRM-CP completed their education at two different universities. From 1982 to 1986, they attended Central Michigan University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Then, from 2006 to 2008, they attended Strayer University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

In addition to their academic achievements, Debbie Miller SHRM-CP has obtained several certifications. Debbie became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in May 2020. Debbie also completed the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in January 2022. Furthermore, they specialized in HR Department of One through a certification from SHRM in April 2022.

Debbie Miller SHRM-CP has also expanded their knowledge and skills by completing various courses. In June 2018, they completed "Managing the Organization: From Organizational Design to Execution" offered by Coursera. In May 2018, they completed "Designing the Organization: From Strategy to Organizational Structure" through the same platform. Moreover, they obtained certificates in "Applications of Everyday Leadership" and "Foundations of Everyday Leadership" from Coursera in April 2018.
