Russell Barley

Russell Barley is a retired professional with over 30 years of experience in the IT sector, having held directorships at several companies, including Comms365 Limited, Prodec Networks, and Smart Capital Technology. Russell co-founded Smart Capital Technology in 2002 and contributed to the growth of Prodec Networks, which became part of the Barstone Group of Companies. In 2022, Russell transitioned to retirement after a distinguished career dedicated to providing innovative telecommunications solutions and network services. Earlier in their career, Russell worked in sales at DPCE Products from 1985 to 1991 and studied at Farnborough Sixth Form College from 1977 to 1980.
