Amanda Kiefer is a global HR leader with over 20 years of experience driving strategic, cost-effective solutions in talent management and employee experience. Currently serving as VP of Talent Management & Employee Experience at CommScope, Kiefer is responsible for developing and executing global strategies that enhance learning, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Kiefer held various human resources roles at CommScope and other companies, including Senior Human Resources Generalist and HR Manager at NameTree, Inc. Kiefer earned a B.A. in English from the University of Mary Washington and is pursuing an HR Certificate at George Mason University.
