Holger Raeder

Holger Raeder serves as the Director of Product Line Management at ANDREW, an Amphenol company, focusing on base station antenna and filter products since February 2025. Raeder has extensive experience in product management, having previously worked at CommScope as a Product Manager for Base Station Antennas since January 2008, and held similar roles at Andrew Corporation, managing software solutions for the wireless industry from January 2005 to January 2008. Earlier experience includes product management at LogicaCMG for radio planning software, as well as engineering roles at o2 Germany, C-LAB / Siemens Nixdorf, Deutsche Telekom, and Weidmuller. Raeder holds a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld, attained between 1993 and 1997.
