Rosa Baumanis Hakala

Rosa Baumanis Hakala is a seasoned professional in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as the Global Logistics & Distribution Leader at CommScope since November 2022 and as an Executive Leader in Private Consulting since December 2021. Previously, Rosa contributed as a member of the Board of Directors at The Nemours Foundation, an esteemed non-profit children's healthcare organization, from May 2005 to December 2020. Rosa held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Distribution & Logistics at Barnes and Noble and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Floor & Decor Outlets. Further experience includes roles at Best Buy, RILA, Agility, The Home Depot, and Sea-Land Service, with a career spanning over two decades in the logistics sector. Rosa is an alumnus of Princeton University.
