Reem Bashari

Reem Bashari is a strategic and results-driven Program Manager with extensive experience in engineering, research and development, and project management. Reem previously served as an R&D Project Manager at Lusix, where they drove process improvements that significantly reduced production costs and doubled throughput. They also held various roles within Lusix, including R&D Process Engineer and Plant Manager, where they optimized processes and managed key operations. With a background as a Lab Researcher at Landa Labs and a military commander in the IDF special forces, Reem combines technical proficiency with strong leadership skills. They currently hold a Program Manager position at Commtact Ltd. and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
