Amanda Matthews, PA-C, currently serves as a Physician Assistant Certified at CommuniCare since September 2023, specializing in health outcomes. Prior experience includes positions at Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, TSAOG Orthopaedics, and as a Physician Assistant Student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Additionally, Amanda has a background in athletic training, having worked as an Athletic Trainer and Assistant Athletic Trainer at Baptist Sports Medicine and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from The University of Texas at El Paso, and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
