Jesse Hernandez

Jesse Hernandez is the Director of Patient Services at CommuniCare and Navigation Center Manager. Prior to this, Jesse held roles as Inside Sales Supervisor and Supervisor of the Customer Support Center at Medtronic. Jesse also served as a Sales Manager for Uverse Sales & Support at AT&T. Jesse holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Incarnate Word.
