Mike Lavin

Mike Lavin has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations and Executive Director at CommuniCare Health Services since September 2019. Prior to this role, Mike was the Senior Hospice Administrator at Heartland Hospice Services from December 2015 to August 2019, and held the position of Nursing Home Administrator at Mid-Atlantic of Fairfield from December 2009 to December 2015 as well as at HCR ManorCare from April 2006 to December 2009. Mike began a career in management at Labor Ready, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple branches across various regions in California, Virginia, and New York City from 1998 to 2003. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Towson University, completed in 1992.
