Mark Smith

Mark Smith is an accomplished founder and executive with extensive experience in digital marketing, project management, and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the Founder & CEO of Cozy Digz, LLC since June 2023, Mark also holds the position of Global Partner Success Manager at Communication Business Avenue, Global since March 2019, and previously served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Global CMO. Mark's entrepreneurial spirit is showcased through the founding of nScope Solutions LLC from July 2016 to March 2019. A significant background at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP includes roles such as Account Engagement Lead and Project Manager, where Mark successfully led large-scale projects and managed client relationships. Mark's technical expertise began as a Technical Consultant and Technical Field Engineer in the 1990s, complemented by teaching experience as an instructor at Sawyer College of Business. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
