Terry Hepner

Terry Hepner is a seasoned network administrator with extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting network connectivity across multiple branch locations and a diverse user base. Currently employed at Communication Federal Credit Union since October 2011, Terry oversees network operations that support over 200 users in Oklahoma and Kansas, with expertise in routers, switches, WLAN controllers, and VOIP telephony. Prior to this role, experiences include a self-directed sabbatical for travel, serving as a Data Operations Technician at Logix Communications, and functioning as an IT Manager at CLS Group. Terry's career commenced as a Loan Processor at the Mortgage Exchange of Edmond. Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Oklahoma.
