Nancy Soyring

Nancy Soyring currently serves as the Vice President of U.S. Operations for Relay and CapTel at Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD). With extensive experience in various roles within the company since 1996, Nancy has consistently demonstrated strong leadership in overseeing national TRS and CapTel programs. Prior to their current position, Nancy held the title of Director of U.S. Operations Relay/CapTel Contact Centers and VP of CSD Relay. Nancy's role as Regional Director TRS Operations at CSD, Inc. further solidified their expertise in managing multiple contact centers providing telecommunication relay service support.
