Michael DeJene is currently a web developer at Communications Training Analysis Corporation. Prior to this, they worked as a VoIP/Telecom at BTG from December 2014 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing VoIP network configurations and proposing changes and optimizations, as well as providing technical support to the NOC in all aspects of the VoIP architecture. Michael also served as the principal technical contact for all third-party vendors and coordinated with them in all upgrades of VoIP infrastructure. Michael was responsible for configuration management of network elements and defined standard parameters to be used in the network. Michael also configured the core routing and translation features of the Softswitch and defined call performance measurements and fault alarms to be monitored by NOC. In their role at BTG, Michael provided the NOC with the tools and procedures they need to effectively monitor and maintain the VoIP architecture. Michael also managed the installation, testing, and maintenance of various telecom network elements.
Michael DeJene has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and is certified by CompTIA in CompTIA Security+.
