Allan Kahn

Allan Kahn serves as General Manager at CommuniLux Productions since May 2022, responsible for leading the turnaround of the custom fabrication line of business with P&L accountability and strategic development. Previously, Allan Kahn held various positions at Encore from July 2015 to June 2022, including Director of Workforce, where leadership was demonstrated in enhancing event experiences for a $3.2 billion global leader. As Divisional Manager for Workforce Excellence, Allan Kahn led a team in process refinement and market leadership, while earlier roles included managing a large workforce across multiple venues and implementing equipment asset strategies. Allan Kahn holds an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Theatrical Design and Technology from West Texas A&M University.
