J.p. Degance

J.P. DeGance has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. J.P. currently serves as the President and CEO of Communio and previously held the position of Executive Vice President at The Philanthropy Roundtable, where they managed the organization's operations and played a crucial role in outreach to emerging philanthropists. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of External Affairs at Americans for Prosperity, where they oversaw development for the organization. J.P. DeGance also worked at Koch Industries as a Senior Development Associate and held the position of Director of Planned Giving at The Leadership Institute. J.P. started their career as the Executive Director of Conservative Leadership PAC.

J.P. DeGance obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Florida between 2000 and 2002.
