Nancy Lynn empowers young professionals to communicate with confidence and composure through keynotes, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. They have extensive experience in leadership roles, notably serving as the Northeast District Sales Supervisor at Olan Mills, where they oversaw over 150 sales managers and associates. Currently, Nancy is a Lead Instructor at Communispond, where they teach communication and presentation skills to major corporations and also serves as a guest speaker and teacher at Stevens Institute of Technology. In addition, Nancy has been actively involved in the National Speakers Association, holding the position of NSA-NYC President. They are dedicated to promoting safe and clean beauty as a Beauty Consultant with Beautycounter.
