Jessica Ritter has extensive experience supporting individuals with special needs and their families. Since June 2015, Jessica has worked at Communitas, Inc. as a Family Support Coordinator and Skills Instructor, focusing on helping individuals with developmental disabilities seek competitive employment. Prior to this, Jessica served in various roles at Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, Inc., including Senior Care Options Quality Assurance Reviewer, Skills Trainer, and Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities ranged from quality assurance evaluations to training and client support. Additionally, Jessica worked as a Recreation Assistant at Prescott House Nursing Home, aiding long-term Alzheimer’s patients. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Salem State University, earned in 2010.
