Kevin Tuer

Kevin Tuer is the current Vice President of Data & Advanced Technologies at Communitech. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director of Canada's Open Data Exchange from March 2019 to September 2019. Kevin has also held the position of Board Member at GRAND NCE from January 2012 to September 2014, and Managing Director at the Canadian Digital Media Network from January 2009 to September 2014.

Kevin is a highly experienced executive with a background in commercialization and research. Kevin has a proven track record in building successful businesses and organizations, and has played a key role in developing and implementing strategies that have led to economic and social benefits for Canada. Kevin is a passionate advocate for open data and its potential to create jobs, drive innovation, and grow the economy.

Kevin Tuer reports to Chris Albinson, President & CEO. They work with Joel Semeniuk - VP, Ecosystem Collaboration, Jennifer Gruber - VP, Finance, and Saj Jamal - VP, Marketing, Events & Communications.
