Kimberly Barringer has over 15 years of experience in social work and program management. Kimberly is currently serving as the Director of Program Operations at Communities In Schools of Charlotte Mecklenburg, Inc. Prior to this role, Kimberly held positions as a Site Coordinator II/ Youth Development Coordinator at the same organization and as an Economic Services Division Case Manager at Mecklenburg County DSS. Kimberly's educational background includes a Bachelors in Social Work from North Carolina A&T State University and a MHRM from DeVry University's Keller Graduate School of Management-North Carolina.
