Nikki Strawser

Nikki Strawser is currently a Senior Program Coordinator at Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas. Nikki has been in the customer service and management field for over 15 years. Nikki has experience working in a variety of industries including healthcare, media, and education.

Nikki began their career working as a Social Worker at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center. Nikki then transitioned into the admissions field, serving as Director of Admissions for SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC. After a few years in admissions, Nikki became a Clinical Liaison for Trisun Healthcare. And finally, they spent 4 years working as a District Manager for the Waco Tribune-Herald before taking their current position.

Throughout their career, Nikki has excelled at developing relationships with customers and clients, managing large teams of employees, and coordinating complex projects. Nikki is passionate about helping others and takes great pride in their work. Nikki is a strong leader and an asset to any organization.

Nikki Strawser has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work Generalist Practice from Baylor University.
