Kelsey Feehan

Kelsey Feehan is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Supervising Attorney and formerly as Senior Staff Attorney at Communities Resist, Inc. since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Associate and Litigation Fellow at Open Society Foundations from January 2020 to December 2022, and as Staff Attorney in the Civil Action Practice at The Bronx Defenders from October 2017 to December 2019. Kelsey also gained judicial experience as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Ramona A. Santiago in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Earlier positions include serving as a Law Student Attorney at the Committee for Public Counsel Services, an Ella Baker Intern at the Center for Constitutional Rights, and various internships in legal advocacy. Kelsey holds a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Spanish, and Communications from Fordham University.
