Candence Brooks, MBA, is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in business consulting, real estate, and operational management. Currently serving as a Small Business Lender at Communities Unlimited and as a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty, Inc., Candence also plays a vital role as Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of Take 1 Performance. Previous experience includes a business consultant position at the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center and various roles in real estate, including a Licensed REALTOR® at Westbrook & Reeves Real Estate. Candence's early career included positions at Arkansas State University, where significant contributions were made in diversity initiatives and program coordination, as well as an assistant manager role at Walmart overseeing operations and employee training. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Arkansas State University, complemented by an Arkansas Real Estate License from Northeast Arkansas Real Estate School.
