Administrative and Operations Team

The Administrative and Operations Team at Community Action Corporation of South Texas (CACOST) ensures the efficient and effective functioning of the organization's health care, education, housing, and economic programs. Comprising the Health Center Chief Operating Officer, Project Program Coordinator, Systems Administrator, and Staff Accountant, this team manages operational logistics, oversees project implementation, maintains IT systems, and handles financial planning and reporting, all to support and enhance CACOST's mission and services to the South Texas community.
