Community Action is a not for profit organization offering myriad programs to fight poverty in Rock and Walworth Counties. At Community Action we provide access and opportunity for those we serve and those who support our efforts. Through innovative programs and strong community partnerships we eliminate barriers, establishing clear pathways to economic self-reliance.

Community Action develops and implements a broad range of services across our two-county area including: child care, pre-school and school age programs, affordable housing and housing counseling services, youth programs, weatherization, community organizing and development, a homeless shelter, health care, and the Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).
