Kelsey Poole

Kelsey Poole is an accomplished Claims Analyst at Computershare, with a strong background in claims processing and quality control since June 2016. Concurrently, Kelsey serves as a Special Events Assistant for Community Action Marin, promoting energy savings to diverse communities. Previous roles include Bilingual Volunteer at SOS Outreach, where Kelsey facilitated program access for Spanish-speaking families, and Volunteer Coordinator at Project MANA, overseeing volunteer activities. Earlier experience encompasses program management at Tahoe Science Consortium and development work at FISH Emergency Referral Services Program. Kelsey has also contributed to environmental education as an Education Program Assistant with AmeriCorps at UC Davis Tahoe Environmental Research Center and taught English to business professionals as a professor in various institutions. Kelsey holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from American University.
