Shelley Finci is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial services and client experience management. Currently serving as a Volunteer Financial Literacy Coach at Community Action Marin since July 2022, Shelley previously held significant roles at Wells Fargo as the Director of Client Experience for Private Wealth Management, where responsibilities included designing client onboarding and service standards. Experience at BlackRock involved leading global online metrics strategy and enhancing web capabilities for iShares.
