Community Action of Skagit County
Megan Breedlove-Speece is currently the Data and Assessment Manager at Community Action of Skagit County, responsible for overseeing budget allowances in the CRM and creating new programs to record services. Previously, Megan served as the Elections Administrator in Island County and as a Records Management Specialist in Skagit County. With a background in Public Policy Analysis and Political Science, Megan is also a graduate of Leadership Skagit and has experience as a legal assistant at Anderson Bradley Krant.
