Catherine Anspach

Catherine Anspach serves as the Director of Development for the CAPK Foundation at the Community Action Partnership of Kern, leading fundraising initiatives to support the organization’s mission of empowering low-income individuals and families. Prior experience includes roles as a Mortgage Loan Originator at loanDepot, where Catherine matched loan programs to borrower profiles, and as a Senior Community Manager for Make-A-Wish® Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada, where Catherine managed fundraising efforts and cultivated donor relationships in Kern County. Catherine also contributed to the American Lung Association as a Development & Events Manager, organizing events and increasing brand awareness, and held the position of Special Projects Manager at KGET TV17, overseeing event logistics and promotion. Catherine is an alumna of California State University, Fresno, and completed the Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator Course from Affinity Mortgage.
