Jeremy Tobias is the current Chief Executive Officer at Community Action Partnership of Kern. Jeremy has previous experience as Vice President Community Development at SunCal Companies, Assistant City Manager at City of Shafter, and City Manager at City of Delano. Tobias has been in the public sector for over 20 years and has experience in community development, city management, and rentals.
