Wilfredo Cruz

Wilfredo Cruz has extensive experience in program management and project supervision, currently serving as the Energy Program Administrator at the Community Action Partnership of Kern since December 2020. Responsibilities include overseeing program planning, managing an operational system for effective service delivery, and handling 5-7 contracts annually totaling approximately $33 million in federal funds. Previously, Cruz was a Project Manager at Alert Disaster Restoration from August 2017 to December 2020, successfully managing 25-30 projects concurrently with a high completion rate under budget. Earlier roles include Property and Liability Specialist at State Farm, where investigation and negotiation skills were honed, and General Manager at Jamba Juice, focusing on sales and community engagement. Cruz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University, Bakersfield, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration.
