Guadalupe Silva is an experienced professional with a strong background in program coordination and financial coaching. Currently serving as the Program Coordinator for the Women Global Leadership Initiative since June 2014, Guadalupe manages outreach, workshop topics, locations, marketing, and participant notification, while also motivating individuals in self-discovery and leadership empowerment. In addition, Guadalupe has held the role of Financial Coach and Center for Success Program Coordinator at the Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County since May 2014, focusing on screening applicants for the HCA Family Fund and employing motivational interviewing techniques to foster financial confidence among clients. Guadalupe's educational credentials include a Program Manager Certification from NeighborWorks America and various degrees from Santa Rosa Junior College, including a Certificate Program in Early Childhood Special Education and an Associate of Arts in Real Estate.
